🚚 Regular Shipping Policy

We do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible. We offer fast delivery in the UAE:

For orders placed before 4:00 PM, delivery is on the same day by 10pm (Dubai only)
For orders placed after 4:00 PM, delivery is on the next day by 10pm (Dubai only)

Delivery of 1-2 days for other emirates.

For SALE orders, expect to receive your items in 2-3 days.

T&C apply for Dubai same day delivery - delivery address needs to fall within our logistics' partner same day delivery coverage areas (found at the bottom). If the address is beyond these covered areas, the delivery will follow the other Emirates order processing.

CUSTOMS TAXES/DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub in Dubai, U.A.E. Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Please note that international delivery usually takes about 3-5 days.
